timeline sound가 stream으로 적용되어 있는 swf를 로드하면 container의 frameRate의 설정과는 상관없이 로드된 swf의 frameRate로 맞춰지게 된다. 아마도 sound를 stream으로 sync 시키기위한 강제된 동작이 아닌가 생각된다. event 형식의 sound는 상관없다.
